Public Offer

Agreement on the provision of access to artificial intelligence models

1. General Provisions

  1. This Public Offer contains the terms of use of the LLM Router service.
  2. The service provides access to large language models (LLM) on the terms of free and paid use.
  3. Acceptance of the Offer occurs upon registration, payment, or use of the service.

2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

  1. The service provides access to an LLM router for using various AI models.
  2. Free access is provided with limitations; paid subscription provides expanded capabilities.
  3. The contract is considered concluded upon successful payment confirmed by the payment provider.

3. Cost and Tariffs

  1. Current prices are specified on the website at the time of order placement.
  2. Payment is made for the volume of tokens used or by subscription (depending on the tariff).
  3. We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice of 10 days.

4. Payment Procedure

  1. Payment is processed through the Robokassa payment system; we do not store payment card details.
  2. Service is considered provided after balance top-up or subscription activation in the system.

5. Refunds

  1. Refunds are only possible for unused funds upon user request.
  2. Used tokens and services rendered are not subject to refund.
  3. Refunds are processed in accordance with Payment Terms and Russian Federation legislation.

6. Liability

  1. The service does not guarantee that AI operation results will meet user expectations.
  2. Maximum service liability is limited to the amount of the last payment.
  3. User is responsible for the use of generated content.

7. Other Terms

  1. All changes to the Offer take effect after publication on the website.
  2. Disputes are resolved in a pre-judicial manner in accordance with Russian Federation legislation.
